摘要 针对现阶段交通违规和交通冲突判别困难这一难题,根据多普勒效应特点将其应用到道路交通冲突实时判别系统中,实现车辆运行状态和运行参数的实时显示。设计了一种光感渠化显示屏,实现对交通违章、交通事故的自动判别,并联动高清摄像头有针对性地取证。选取青岛西海岸经济新区江山南路与富春江路交叉口车辆违章和交通事故进行验证分析,运用Vissim仿真等效模拟多普勒雷达检测系统显示界面交通运行状况,验证了该技术的有效性,为城市道路智能化管控平台建设、交通运行态势预测、交通冲突判别提供了实时可靠信息支撑。 Traffic violations and the traffic conflict discrimination difficulties at present this problem,according to the characteristics of the doppler effect is applied to the real-time road traffic conflict discrimination in the process of building system,realize the vehicle running status and operation parameters of real-time display. A light banks display was designed to realize automatic discriminant for traffic violations,traffic accident,the hd camera targeted forensics and linkage. Select the west coast of Qingdao economic district Jiangshannan road and fuchunjiang road intersection validated peccancy vehicles and traffic accident analysis and using the vissim simulation equivalent simulation display doppler radar detection system of traffic condition,to verify the effectiveness of the technology,for the intellectualized control platform of urban road construction,traffic running situation forecast,traffic conflict discriminant provides real-time and reliable information support.
