摘要 针对在航天器总装吊装过程中,对于其结构复杂、质心偏离且需要多姿态等条件,目前缺乏理论依据而存在安全隐患等情况。提供一种基于欧拉角多姿态吊具建模方法,通过增加变形协调条件解决空间静不定问题,并用maple求出解析解,最后用ADAMS仿真验证,对吊具建模的正确性提供了依据,可用于梁式或者其他一些绳可收缩专用吊具。 In the hoisting process of spacecraft assembly,for its complex structure,center of mass deviation as well as need more attitude and other conditions,there is a lack of theoretical basis and the existence of security risks,etc. A multi view modeling method was provided based on Euler angle spreader,by increasing the deformation coordination condition to solve spatial statically indeterminate problem,finally validated by ADAMS simulation.The analysis provides the basis,the correctness of the sling modeling,can be used for beam or some other special sling which rope can shrink.
