抗阻力练习对人体骨健康状况与骨代谢的影响

摘要 为了研究抗阻力练习与人体骨健康状况与骨代谢之间的关系,分析抗阻力练习对人体骨健康状况与骨代谢的影响。在某大型健身房内随机选择40名成年人,随机将其划分成抗阻力练习组和对照组,每组20人。研究发现,经抗阻力练习后,人体的骨密度、骨矿含量、投影面积等均向有利于骨健康状况的方向发展,人体健康情况得到了一定程度的改善。说明抗阻力练习可促进骨代谢,对提高人体骨健康状况有积极的意义。为预防骨科疾病提供了可靠性依据。 In order to study the resistance exercise and human bone health and bone metabolism,the relationship between the resistance exercise on human bone health and bone metabolism was analyzed. Within a large gym randomly selected 40 adults,they were randomly divided into resistance exercise group and the control group,each group of 20 people. The study found that after resistance exercise,the body' s bone mineral density,bone mineral content,the projection area are conducive to the direction of bone health,human health,are improved to a certain extent. That resistance exercise can promote bone metabolism,to improve human bone health have positive significance. Provides a reliable basis for prevention of orthopedic diseases.
