克氏针钢丝张力带固定治疗内踝骨折的临床效果

Treatment of medial malleolus fracture with Kirschner wires and tension band fixation

目的：研究及分析克氏针钢丝张力带固定治疗内踝骨折的临床效果。方法：手术采用经内踝失的弧形切口，骨折解剖复位，用两枚克氏针及钢丝八字缠绕固定，术后不使用石膏外固定，逐步功能锻炼及负重。结果：28例均获随访，随访时间：3～20个月，平均14个月，骨折均一期愈合，平均6～8周。按美国足踝外科学会（AOFAS）评分标准，优21例，良5例，可2例。结论：克氏针钢丝张力带治疗内踝骨折安全、操作简单、可靠、经济，保持和发扬了张力带生物力学原理和稳定的AO内固定原则，治疗效果良好。

Objective： To study and analyze Kirschner wire tension band fixation for the treatment of medial malleolus fracture. Methods： The anatomical reduction of the fractures was performed by the incision of the medial malleolus. The fixation was performed with two Kirschner wire and wire wound.
