乌鲁木齐市居民医疗保障现况调查及分析

Investigation and analysis about residents' medical security situation in Urumqi

目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市居民医疗保障的现况,为提高乌鲁木齐市居民医疗保障水平及卫生规划和卫生改革政策的制定提供客观依据。方法于2016年1~5月,采用简单随机抽样方法,对乌鲁木齐市的天山区、沙依巴克区、新市区和水磨沟区的400个家庭进行了问卷调查,得到有效问卷287份。结果调查到了乌鲁木齐市居民的基本情况和一般家庭情况及医疗保障情况和存在的问题。结论乌鲁木齐市现时期的医疗保障覆盖率仍不理想,医疗卫生的投入不足,居民参保率和医疗补助费用有待提高,健康意识薄弱,从这三个方,提出提高居民医疗保障水平的措施和建议。

Objective To understand the current situation of residents＇ health care in Urumqi of Xinjiang,to improve the level of residents＇ medical security and health planning in Urumqi and provide a basis for establishment of health reform policy.Methods In the first five months of 2016,400 families coming from tianshan district area,Shayibake area,Xinshi district area and Shui Mo Gou district area in Urumqi were surveyed based on a questionnaire survey using random sampling method.287 effective questionnaires were got.Results The survey included the basic situation of every family,health care situation and the existing problems.Conclusion Now health care coverage is still not enough,medical and health care investment is insufficient,attending insurance rate and medical aid expenses are low,Health consciousness is weak.Level of residents＇ medical security should be improved and Suggestions should be given.
