2010年～2014年某医院发表论文的计量学分析

Metrology Analysis of the Papers Published from 2010 to 2014 of an Anonymous Hospital

目的对某医院2010--2014年发表的论文进行计量学分析,为医院科研管理决策提供依据。方法采用文献计量方法对2010年-2014年某医院发表的论文用Excel进行统计,对论文数量、论文的期刊分布、论文的科室分布、核心论著及第一作者职称分布等进行统计与分析。结果 5年来该院发表科研论文1276篇;期刊以核心期刊为主;第一作者职称以高、中级为主,占75.52%;科室主要以外科为主,排名前十五位,外科占60%。结论科研论文的数量和质量基本呈逐年上升趋势,科研管理部门应创新科研管理制度,进一步引导和鼓励研究人员把高水平科研论文投向高质量的期刊,促进科研论文数量和质量的全面提高。

Objective The paper was proposed to give suggestions and measures for hospital scientific research management by statistical analyzing all the papers published from 2010 to 2014.Methods By the method of literature metrology published from2010-2014 were analyzed by Excel,the number of papers,the journal distribution,the distribution of departments,key works and first author title distribution were statistically analyzed.Results 5 years of the 1276 research papers were published in journals;core journals;the first author title with high,intermediate,and accounted for 75.52%;the main department was surgery which lied in the top fifteenth,and accounting for 60% of surgery.Conclusion The quantity and quality of basic research papers are increased year by year,the scientific research management departments should be the innovation of scientific research management system,further guide and encourage researchers to the high level of scientific papers on high quality journals,to promote the number of research papers and improves the overall quality.
