摘要
以4-甲基苯甲醛、邻苯二胺和1,3-环二酮为原料,水为溶剂,在微波作用下,合成11-甲苯基-2,3,4,5,10,11-六氢二苯并[b,e][1,4]二氮杂卓-1-酮。通过正交实验确定较佳的合成条件为:反应温度为120℃,微波功率为125 W,反应时间为20 min,n(邻苯二胺):n(1,3-环己二酮):n(4-甲基苯甲醛)为1:1:1,该方法避免了有毒原料和大量有机溶剂的使用,操作简单,减少了有毒化合物的排放。
Using 4- methyl benzaldehyde, o-phenylenediamine and 1,3-cyclohexanedione as raw materials, 11-phenyl-2,3,4,5,10,11-hexahydro-dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepin-1-ketone was synthesized under microwave irradiation in water. Through orthogonal experiments, optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows: the reaction temperature 120℃, the microwave power 125 W, the reaction time 20 min, n(o-phenylenediamine):n(1, 3-cyclohexanedione):n(4-methyl benzaldehyde) =1:1:1. The this method does not use toxic raw materials and decreases dosage of volatile organic solvents, as well as has simple operation and decreases the release of hazardous compounds.
