中间球海胆消化酶和抗氧化酶活力的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析中间球海胆的食性及基本生理特性,研究以中间球海胆幼胆为研究对象,测定了养殖条件下摄食海带海胆消化道中消化酶种类、活力及体腔液中抗氧化酶的活力。结果显示:1中间球海胆消化道中具有胃蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶,其活力分别为(7.72±0.92)、(17.71±1.37)U/mg pro和(1.98±0.31)U/mg pro。2体腔液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化力(AOC)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力分别为(20.36±0.62)、(2.29±0.44)、(8.08±2.02)U/ml。结果表明:中间球海胆对蛋白质、淀粉和脂肪具有较强消化能力且具有较强抗氧化能力,这为中间球海胆专用配合饲料的开发提供了理论依据,同时有助于通过营养手段调控其抗应激能力。 This study was conducted to investigate the categories and activity of digestive enzymes in digestive tracts, as well as activity of anti-oxidative enzymes in coelomic tluid of juvenile sea urchin (Strongylocentrotus intermedius). Results showed that: ① Pepsin, lipase and amylase exist in the diges- tive tract of sea urchin. Among them, activity of lipase was highest (17.71±1.37) U/mg pro, followed by pepsin (7.72±0.92) U/rag pro and amylase (1.98±0.31) U/mg pro. ② Superoxide dismutase, anti-oxida- tive capacity and catalase in coelomic fluid of juvenile sea urchin were (20.36±0.62), (2.29±0.44), (8.08±2.02) U/ml, respectively. These results showed that juvenile sea urchin had digestive enzyme ac- tivity and anti-oxidative capacity. This study will contribute to developing formulated feeds and regu- lating anti-oxidative capacity of sea urchin by altering feed formulations.
