缬氨酸作为一种支链氨基酸,可以显著提高动物生长性能,为机体合成营养物质提供能量。文章从缬氨酸的营养作用及需要量的角度出发,深入探讨了近几年缬氨酸在猪和鸡日粮中的研究进展,为实际生产提供有效科学依据。
As one of branched-chain amino acids, valine can improve the animal performance and pro- vide energy to synthesize nutrients. From the aspects of nutritional effects and requirement of valine, this article made a discussion about research progress of swine and chicken diets in recent years and provide scientific basis for practical production.
