国内新出现的基因7型Ⅰ类新城疫病毒的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of new emerging genotype 7 of class Ⅰ Newcastle disease virus

在主动监测中从广西活禽市场的家鸭中分离到1株Ⅰ类新城疫病毒,遗传进化分析证实该分离株属于基因7型(按照Diel DG的分类方法则属于基因1c亚型)。该分离株在裂解位点的氨基酸组成为112 ERQERL117,具有典型低致病性新城疫病毒的分子特征。这是我国首次检出基因7型Ⅰ类新城疫病毒,对于其来源和分布需要进一步加强监测和研究。

One class Ⅰ Newcastle disease virus was isolated from domestic ducks in live bird mar- kets of Guangxi province during the active surveillance. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the iso- late belonged to genotype 7 （or genotype lc based on Did DG^s classification system）. The virus has the motif U2ERQERL117 at the cleavage site of the fusion protein,which is typical of lentogenic NDV strains. This is the first report on genotype 7 in China. Further studies need to be done in order to clarify the origin and distribution of this kind of virus.
