摘要
为探讨柔嫩艾美尔球虫与肠炎沙门菌单独感染及混合感染对盲肠肠道菌群的影响,12日龄莱航鸡口服单独或混合感染柔嫩艾美尔球虫或肠炎沙门菌,18日龄通过16SrRNA Miseq高通量测序检测鸡盲肠菌群组成。结果表明,18日龄莱航鸡盲肠内主要菌群为厚壁菌门和拟杆菌门。与柔嫩艾美尔球虫或肠炎沙门菌单独感染相比,混合感染导致肠杆菌科明显增加,毛螺菌科明显减少;因此,柔嫩艾美尔球虫与肠炎沙门菌混合感染对盲肠肠道菌群的影响与两者单独感染明显不同。
This study examined the effect of concurrent infection of Eim eria tenella and Salmonella enteritidis,infection with Salmonella enteritidis followed by Eimeria tenella 3 days later and in fection with Eimeria tenella followed by Salmonella enteritidis 3 days later upon the cecal micro- biome in Hy Line brown chickens. 16S rRNA gene sequence based comparisons of the bacterial communities in the chicken cecal contents were performed. The results showed that the cecal mi- crobiota of chicks up to the age of 18 days was dominated by representatives of the phylum Firmi- cutes and Bacteroidetes. In contrast with Eim eria tenella or Salmonella enteritidis infection alone, concurrent infection resulted in Enterobacteriaceae significant increase and Lachnospiraceae signif icant reduce. Overall,the effects of co-infections of Eimeria tenella and Salmonella enteritidis on cecal microbiota were different with Eimeria tenella or Salmonella enteritidis infection alone.
