摘要
目前已知革兰阴性菌的分泌系统共有6种类型,然而在沙门菌中只发现其中5种,即Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型、Ⅴ型和Ⅵ型分泌系统,对Ⅱ型分泌系统却未见报道。沙门菌的许多生物学特性是依赖于其分泌系统实现的,通过这些分泌系统,分泌性蛋白质或毒素被转运到细菌胞外,与宿主细胞发生相互作用而发挥其致病性。
Six major secretion systems have been characterized for Gram negative bacteria, from type Ⅰto type Ⅵ. Whereas,only five secretion systems exist in Salmonella,but no report on type Ⅱsecretion system. Many physiological functions of Salmonella are implemented by secretion systems. Through these secretion systems, many secretory proteins and toxins are transported to the outside of bacterial cells,interacting with host cells to exert their toxicity.
