摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,sci)多指由于外界直接或间接机械创伤因素导致的脊髓损伤,脊髓损伤包括创伤引起的原发性损伤,以及继发性缺血、炎症及神经退变等继发性损伤,脊髓损伤会导致损伤平面以下感觉、运动功能减退或丧失.给患者、家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。
