摘要
通过向工业纯铝中添加Er元素铸造得到实验合金。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了元素Er在工业纯铝中的存在形式。结果表明:在实验合金中,Er元素能和工业纯铝中的Fe发生交互作用,使工业纯铝中的富铁相由粗大的针条状、骨骼状转变为短棒状及细小颗粒状;合金中第二相主要为Al3Er相。
The experiment alloy can be obtained by adding Er into industrial pure A1. The existence form of Er in aluminum alloy were studied by SEM, EDS, XRD and TEM. The results show that in the experimental alloy, Er element and Fe inindustrial pure Al generate reciprocal action, which can make the Fe rich phase in industrial pure aluminum alloy change from coarse needle bars and skeleton shape into short rod-like and flue particulate. The second phase of the alloy is mainly Al3Er.
