摘要 采用慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)试验研究了G105钻杆钢在H_2S溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂行为,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对断口形貌进行分析。结果表明:G105钻杆钢在H_2S溶液中具有明显的应力腐蚀敏感性,随应变速率的降低,材料的应力腐蚀敏感性增加。G105钻杆钢在空气中属于韧性断裂,微观断口形貌为韧窝。G105钻杆钢在H_2S溶液中的断裂形式为脆性断裂,裂纹萌生于试样表面,为多个裂纹源。环境中的氢进入材料中降低了原子的结合力,导致解理断裂。 The stress corrosion cracking behavior of G105 drill pipe steel in H2S solution was investigated by slow sWain rate testing, and the fracture surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that G105 drill pipe steel has obvious SCC susceptibility in H2S solution, and the SCC sensitivity of the material increases with the decrease of strain rate. The fracture mode of G105 drill pipe steel is ductile fracture and the morphology of the fracture surface is dimple in air. In solution, the fracture mode of G105 drill pipe steel is brittle fracture, and the cracks initiate at the specimen surface, which are multiple crack sources. The entry of hydrogen in the environment into the material reduces the adhesion strength of the atom, which can result in the cleavage fracture.
