摘要
使用SG-GL1400K型真空热处理炉对冷轧N6纯镍板进行了退火处理,温度分别为350、400、450、500、550℃,保温持续时间1 h后炉冷至150℃再空冷至室温。对退火后N6纯镍板的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,N6纯镍板在500℃×1 h退火后炉冷至150℃再空冷至室温为最佳工艺。
The annealing treatment of cold rolled N6 pure nickel sheet was carded out with SG-GL1400K type vacuum heat treatment furnace. Annealing temperature was 350, 400, 450, 500 and 550 ℃, respectively, and duration was 1 h. Then it was cooled to 150℃ in the furnace and then to room temperature in air. The microstructure and mechanical properties of N6 pure nickel sheet after annealing were analyzed. The results show that N6 pure nickel sheet after annealing at 500℃ for 1 h and furnace cooling to 150 ℃ and then air cooling to room temperature is optimum process.
