摘要 高速动车组在通过隧道、明线交会和在隧道内交会时,受到空气压缩的影响,齿轮箱内部和外部会产生很大的空气压力变化,形成负压现象。为此设计了一套齿轮箱负压装置,并利用该装置对某型高速齿轮箱进行了一系列负压试验。该试验可以进一步验证齿轮箱密封系统设计的优劣,同时可以对采用非接触式密封的齿轮箱经常发生的渗油及润滑油乳化、发黑等现象提供参考。 The high speed EMUs are subject to air compression when they are running through tunnels, passing by on the open line and in the tunnel, which bring about drastic air pressure change and create negative pressure. A set of negative pressure device for the gearbox is developed and tested in combination with a high speed gearbox. The test has further verified the design of the sealing system for the gearbox, and the paper has also accordingly put forward some suggestions regarding lub - oil leakage, emulsifica- tion and colouring frequently occurred in the gearboxes with non - contact sealing system.
