摘要
用电信息采集系统已大规模建设并广泛应用,但电网与用户间的双向互动功能还不完善。深入研究了IEC CIM标准与SEP2智能能源采集通信标准,对比分析了两种标准在模型设计方式、资源间关系、数据传输格式、UML模型图、消息响应机制等方面的异同性,提出了用电信息采集系统互动模型设计方法,融合IEC 61970CIM与SEP2标准中的资源,设计开发采集设备层模型和主站层模型,完善电网和用户的双向互动功能,增强客户用电体验,指导社会科学合理用电,为实现能量流、信息流、业务流的双向交互提供技术支撑。
Power user data acquisition system has been large-scale constructed and widely applied. But the two-way interaction function between user and grid is not completed. IEC CIM standard and SEP2 smart energy acquisition communication standard are deeply researched. It comparatively analyzes the difference of these two standards in the model design method,relationship between resources,data transmission format,UML model diagram,message response mechanism and other aspects. It puts forward the method of designing interaction model of power user data acquisition system. Integrating the resources of IEC CIM and SEP2 standard,it developed the models of the acquisition device layer and master station layer. It completed the two-way interaction function between user and grid,enhanced the customers' experience of power consumption,and guided society to use power scientifically and reasonably,which provided the technical support for realizing two-way interaction of energy flow,information flow and business flow.
