摘要
距离保护受互感器的影响较大,文中详细分析了电压互感器(PV)对距离保护的影响,分析表明PV断线时容易造成距离保护误动。进而提出了一种新的基于负序电压或者相电压元件与电流元件是否同时启动的"同步法"识别PV断线的方案,以确保距离保护在PV断线时能可靠闭锁。基于PSCAD/EMTDC的仿真结果验证了结论的正确性。
The distance protection is affected by the transformer greatly. The effect of PV on distance protection is analyzed in detail in this paper,and the analysis result shows that the distance protection may mis-operate during PV disconnection. Then,a new synchronous method,which is based on whether negative sequence voltage,or phase voltage component and current component is started at the same time to discriminate the PV disconnection,is proposed in order to ensure the reliable locking of the distance protection. The PSCAD / EMTDC-based simulation results prove the correctness of the method.
