六味地黄汤合二至丸加减与小剂量激素治疗IgA肾病疗效观察

Curative effect of Rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients and Erzhi pills combined with low dose steroid for IgA nephropathy

目的:探讨六味地黄汤合二至丸加减配合小剂量激素治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法:将28例IgA肾病患者分为对照组14例,治疗组l4例,治疗组用强的松龙0.5 mg/(kg·d)配合中药六味地黄汤合二至丸加减治疗,对照组用潘生丁、路丁c等治疗。分别进行疗效观察、对比。结果:治疗组总有效率92.8%,对照组总有效率35.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:本法治疗IgA肾病疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients and Erzhi pills combined with Low dose steroid for IgA nephropathy.Method：28 patients with IgA nephropathy were divided into control group （n=43）and treatment group （n=43）. Patients in treatment group were treated with Prednisolone 0.5mg/（kg·d）combined with Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients and Erzhi pills. And patients in control group were treated with persantin and Rutin/Vitamin C etc. The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.8%,and control group 35.7%. The efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients and Erzhi pills combined with Low dose steroid for IgA nephropathy is remarkable.
