摘要 针对配电台区自动化程度低、运行状况无法远程监测等问题,设计基于IDTT-B配电终端的智能配电台区,为运行管理单位实现配电台区的精细化管理提供科学、先进的技术手段。论文详细阐述了智能配电台区的建设,包括对原有配电台区的升级改造、采用基于IDTT-B配电终端的新型智能配电台区建设、通讯网络的建设、主站建设等,重点介绍了IDTT-B配电终端的开发设计,该终端集配变监测、电能质量监测、温湿度测量、低压开关通讯等多种功能于一体,集成度高,支持远程控制、远程通讯和远程软件升级,投资小,性价比高。最后,介绍了基于IDTT-B配电终端的智能配电台区的技术特点、总体性能及应用场合。新型智能配电台区建设对于我国全面建成统一坚强智能电网具有重要意义。 Aimed at low automation degree of distribution area and in which the operation state cannot be monitored in remote, the smart distribution area based on IDTI'-B distribution terminal is designed, which provides scientific and advanced technical means for the operating and management unit to implement meticulous management in distribution area. This paper represents the constructions of smart distribution area in detail, including the upgrading of original distribution area, the construction of new type of smart distribution area based on IDTF-B distribution terminal, com- munication network, and master station, and especially focus on the development and design of IDTF-B distribution terminal, which is integrated with functions of distribution transformer terminal monitoring, power quality monitoring, temperature and humidity measuring, and low voltage switches communication, thus has high integration, remote con- trol, remote communication and remote software upgrade the technical features, whole system performance and terminal are introduced. The construction of new type tion of a unified strong smart grid in China. with small investment and high cost performance. Finally, application of designed smart distribution area based on IDTI'-B of smart distribution area is of great significance to the construc-tion of a unified strong smart grid in China.
