摘要
针对电力信息运维技能评价结果不够形象直观的问题,提出了基于改进雷达图法的电力信息运维技能综合评价模型。该模型的评价过程如下:首先建立电力信息运维技能评价指标体系,然后基于主客观组合赋权法确定每个子系统的综合权重,最后使用改进雷达图法构建综合评价模型对电力信息运维技能进行评价。经实例验证,该模型能够形象直观地评价电力信息运维技能,其计算速度快,可靠性高,具有实际意义。
As for the problem that the evaluation result of power information operation and maintenance skills is not figurative and visual,a comprehensive evaluation model of power information operation and maintenance skills based on improved radar chart method is proposed. The evaluation process of the model is as follows： firstly,a index system of evaluation for power information operation and maintenance skills is established,then the overall weight of each subsystem is determined based on the subjective and objective combination weighting method,and lastly a comprehensive evaluation model is built using improved radar chart method to evaluate the power information operation and maintenance skills. The model can evaluate figuratively and visually power information operation and maintenance skills,and it is of fast computing speed,high reliability,and with practical significance.
