基于模块化多电平换流器的±500kV/3000MW柔性直流输电系统功率模块闭环测试方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 为满足与日俱增的用电需求,高电压、大容量将是柔性直流输电技术未来的重要发展方向。考虑到电力电子器件和电缆制造工艺的发展情况,±500kV/3000MW模块化多电平换流器将成为近年的研究热点。功率模块作为换流器的基本单元,它的设计对整个系统尤为关键。因此,需要对换流器功率模块进行实际工况下的测试试验以确保其设计符合工程要求。为设计有效的测试试验电路,本文首先分析了±500kV/3000MW换流器实际运行时的电气特性,然后介绍了现有测试电路的结构及原理,随后提出了两种测试试验的闭环控制策略,其分别基于交、直流电流解耦控制和PIR数字控制器,最后通过仿真验证了所提出的两种闭环控制策略的正确性和有效性。 With the increasing demand for electricity,high voltage and large capacity will be the key development direction of HVDC flexible technology in the future. Taking the development of the manufacturing process of the power electronic devices and cables into account,the ± 500 kV/3000 MW modular multi-level converter will be a hot research topic in recent years. As the basic unit of the MMC converter,the performance of power modules is especially critical for the whole system. Therefore,operational test for power modules under actual operating conditions is necessary to ensure the safety of the converter. In order to design circuits of operational test which comply with engineering requirements,the electrical characteristics of the ± 500 kV/3000 MW modular multi-level converter under actual operating conditions are firstly analyzed. Then,the structure and principle of operational test circuits are introduced. On this basis,two closed-loop controlled operational test strategies are proposed,which are based on decoupling control of AC/DC current and PIR digital controller respectively. Finally,the two closed-loop controlled operational test strategies for power modules based on the 4500 V/3000 A IGBT( Stak Pak 5SNA 3000K452300) for the ± 500 kV/3000 MW HVDC flexible transmission system are simulated under the semi-physical simulation environment,which can also show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategies.
