The issues that should be concerned when participate in international rescue operations

本研究以医院应急救援力量赴尼泊尔执行抗震救灾任务组织工作回顾为例,按照任务启动、队伍投送、任务执行、队伍撤离等四个阶段分别对卫生系统参加国际救援行动中应重点关注的若干问题进行了简要梳理,所述观点期望能对国际救援行动起到一定的指导作用。
