《红楼梦》与《圣经》是东西方文学的经典之作,对后世文学产生了巨大影响。目前学界在《圣经》与西方文学的比较研究上做得比较充分,但在《圣经》文学对中国文学影响的研究上比较欠缺,还基本停留在《圣经》对20世纪以来近现代中国文学的影响研究上。目前为止,尚未见《红楼梦》与《圣经》的比较研究。事实上,两者在谋篇布局、框架结构、表现手法、人物形象塑造、伦理思想、名物描绘、词语运用等诸多方面有着高度的想通相似之处。本文旨在通过细读文本,指出《红楼梦》与《圣经》的相通相似之处,以期抛砖引玉,引起学界更进一步的深入探讨。

A Dream of Red Mansion and The Bible are classic works in eastern and western literature, imposing greater influences for the literatures of later generations. The Bible and western literature has been studied sufficiently in academic circle, but the study of the Bible＇s influence on the Chinese literature lags behind, primarily centering on the study of The Bible＇s influence on the modern Chinese literature since the 20th Century. The comparative study between A Dream of Red Mansion and The Bible is neglected in China at present. In fact, there are many similarities between the two works in terms of storytelling, structure and framework, expression, description, ethical values, and word choices This paper intends to arouse discussions and research on the similarities between A Dream of Red Mansion and The Bible topic through the careful reading of the two text works.
