创新应用型人才培养的理念与模式探析

Study on Idea and Model of Cultivating Application-oriented and Innovative Talents

培养创新应用型人才是新时期高等学校服务经济社会发展的主要任务和使命,是发挥高等教育功能的主要渠道。而要充分发挥好这一功能,完成这一使命,其前提就需要形成与其相适应的人才培养理念,并在这一理念引领下构建起与之相匹配的人才培养模式。期冀通过本文对创新人才培养理念及其模式建构的一管拙见,能够为同样正在对创新应用人才培养进行探索实践的同仁提供一个思考的维度。

Cultivating innovative applied talents is the main task and mission that institution of higher learning serves economic and social development in new period,and the main channel to exert the function of higher education.In order to do this,precondition is to form a corresponsive idea of talents,led by this idea,and build talents training mode associated with it. Through the exposition of this thesis,I hope provide a angle of thinking for colleagues doing the same exploration and practice.
