经支气管镜针吸活检术48例的护理体会

Investigation of Nursing Experience of 48 Cases of Patients Performed with Transbronchial Needle Aspiration

目的 探讨经支气管镜针吸活检术48例护理体会。方法 回顾分析2014年1月~2016年6月我院48例行经支气管镜针吸活检术患者,护士在术前准备充分,如对患者进行手术知识宣教,提高患者的依从性。术中与医师密切配合。术后对患者进行身体及心理护理,对患者各项生命体征进行严密监护。结果 48例行经支气管镜针吸活检术均获成功,患者无严重并发症的出现。结论 充分的术前心理护理能够有效缓解患者的紧张情绪,提高患者手术的依从性,术中与医师的密切配合及术后严密生命体征监测是手术成功的关键所在。

Objective Investigation of nursing experience of 48 cases of patients performed with transbronchial nee- dle aspiration. Method 48 cases of patients performed with transbronchial needle aspiration from January 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Sufficient preoperotive preparation （including surgical knowledge education）, closely intraoperative coordination with the doctor and sufficient postoperative physical and psychological nursing were performed. Results 48 cases were successfully conducted transbronchial needle aspiration without serious complications happened. Conclusion Sufficient preoperotive preparation （including surgical knowledge education）, closely intraoperative coordination with the doctor and sufficient postoperative physical and psychological nursing are the key to the success of the operation.
