局麻玻璃体切割眼内填充术后舒适护理的体会

Experience of Postoperative Comfortable Nursing for Patients underwent Vitrectomy and Intraocular Tamponade with Local Anesthesia

目的探讨舒适护理在玻璃体切割术后患者中的应用效果。方法 80例行玻璃体切割眼内填充术的患者被纳入本研究,随机分为常规护理组和舒适护理组,常规护理组按照玻璃体切割术后护理常规护理,舒适护理组在原有护理常规的基础上实施舒适护理。结果舒适护理组患者术后舒适程度及满意度明显高于常规护理组(P>0.05)。结论舒适护理能够显著增加玻璃体切割眼内填充术后患者的舒适度和满意度,促进患者恢复,有很好的临床应用效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing for patients underwent vitrectomy and intraocular tamponade. Methods 80 patients underwent vitrectomy and intraocular tamponade were ran- domly divided into routine nursing group and comfortable nursing group. Comfortable nursing group increased the comfortable nursing measures on the basis of conventional care. Results The postoperative comfort and satis- faction level in patients of comfortable nursing group was significantly higher than the patients in routine nursing group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing significantly increased the comfort and satisfaction of patients underwent posterior vitrectomy and filling operation, promoted their recovery, and had good clinical effect.
