禽流感灭活疫苗免疫效果评价试验

Immune Effect Evaluation of Avian Influenza Virus Inactivated Vaccine

随机抽取6个厂家的重组禽流感病毒H5亚型二价灭活疫苗(Re-6株+Re-8株)和6个厂家的禽流感二价灭活疫苗(H5N1 Re-6株+H9N2 Re-2株)进行免疫效果评价试验。结果表明,二免后28 d,H5亚型二价灭活疫苗组的免疫抗体合格率在95.24%以上;二价灭活疫苗组H5和H9亚型抗体合格率在94.74%以上,免疫效果较好。

Immune effect of recombinant AIV H5 subtype bivalent inactivated vaccine （Re-6＋Re-8） and AIV bivalent inactivated vaccine （H5N1 Re-6＋H9N2 Re-2） which were selected from 6 manufacturers were evaluated in this paper. The results showed that the qualified rate of immune antibody in the H5 sub- type bivalent inactivated vaccine group was above 95.24%, the qualified rate of H5 and H9 subtype anti- body were above 94.74% in the bivalent inactivated vaccine group. The results indicated that the effect of inactivated vaccine was better.
