Effects of Ce doping on properties of Mn-Co-O system NTC thermistor materials

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了Mn_(1.5–x)Co_(1.5)O_4(x=0,0.04,0.08,0.12,0.16,0.20)系列NTC热敏电阻样品,运用XRD、SEM和电学测试等手段,系统的研究了铈掺杂对样品相结构和电性能的影响。结果表明:随着Ce含量的增加,样品的主相仍是尖晶石结构,伴随着析出富Ce的岩盐相。随着Ce的掺杂量由0增加到0.20,Mn-Co-O系NTC热敏电阻的电阻率由627?·cm增加到948?·cm,材料常数由4 382 K降到4 140 K。 Mn_(1.5–x)Co_(1.5)O_4(x=0, 0.04, 0.08, 0.12, 0.16, 0.20) system NTC thermistor samples were prepared by co-precipitation method. The effects of Ce doping on the phase structure and electrical properties of the samples were studied by using XRD, SEM and electrical property measurements. The results show that with the increase of the Ce content, the main crystal phase is still spinel structure, and then a small amount of Ce-rich rock salt phase separates out. With the increase of x from 0 to 0.20, the resistivity of the Mn-Co-O system thermistor materials increases from 627Ω·cm to 948Ω·cm, on the contrary, the material constant B value decreases from 4 382 K to 4 140 K.
