摘要
对沙钢5800 m^3高炉炉况波动的处理进行了总结分析。5800m^3高炉炉况波动始于炉缸工作状态差,经历了长达6个月的摸索与调整,最终帮助高炉走出炉况周期性波动困境的关键一步,是对中心气流的合理控制。在充分吸取经验教训的基础上,提出了今后的工作重点和关注方向:①长期保持良好的炉缸工作状态;②理性认识中心加焦;③定位好原燃料质量与高炉指标的关系;④重视操作数据的采集和分析;⑤挖掘各参数之间的相关性,建立高炉长期顺行的操作制度。
It is summarized the measures against furnace status fluctuation in Shagang's 5800m3 BF, which is arisen from poor working condition of the hearth, and the bottleneck is finally released maiuly by appropriately controlling the central gas flow in the furnace as a result of constant exploration and adjustment up to 6 months. The paper puts forward following sug- gestions as key points of the future's work based on abundant of experience and lessons : ( 1 ) always keeping the hearth work- ing at good condition; (2) rationally understanding central coke charging; (3) correctively determining the relationship be- tween the quality of raw material and fuel and blast furnace index; (4) highlighting acquisition and analysis of operation pa- rameters; (5) figuring out the correlation between the parameters, and setting up a operation system allowable for long time smooth running of BF.
