摘要
针对太钢6号高炉崩料偏多的现象,从理论上进行了探讨分析,并重点从原燃料条件、布料制度调整、热负荷分布三方面入手,分析了6号高炉产生崩料的原因。认为6号高炉崩料的主要原因,一是原燃料不稳定,二是布料制度不匹配,三是产量调整节奏过快。建议今后在高炉操作中,应优化布料制度并减轻高炉边沿焦炭负荷,合理控制热负荷在炉体各部分的分布,以减少高炉崩料。
The paper analyzes theoretically the reason of frequent occurrence of slip in Taiyuan Steel's No. 6 BF mainly from conditions of raw material and fuel, adjustment of operation system and distribution of heat load and points out that the fre- quent slip is caused by instability of raw material and fuel condition, matchless of burden distribution system and too fast out- put adjustment. It is suggested to optimize burden distribution system to reduce coke load along the edge of BF, and rational- ly control the distribution of heat load at different parts of furnace body to lessen slip in the furnace regarding BF operation.
