摘要
给水泵平衡装置对给水泵的稳定运行起着至关重要的作用,平衡装置间隙的大小直接决定平衡装置能否正常工作。介绍了80CHTA/4SP型给水泵轴向力的平衡原理,分析了平衡装置的作用。将流体在平衡装置间隙中的流动作为层流流动,介绍了轴向力和平衡力的计算方法。并通过现场运行数据,对分析结果进行验证。
The feed pump balancing device plays a vital role in the stable operation of pump, the clearance of the balancing device di- rectly determines whether balancing device can work properly. This paper introduces the balance principle of axial force for 80CHTA/ 4SP feed pump, the function of balancing device is analyzed. The flow in the clearance of the balancing device is used as a laminar flow, the calculation method of axial force and counterbalance is introduced. Through the field operation data, the analysis results are verified.
