摘要
贵州黔西电厂一期工程1号、2号炉配套的传统光纤型火焰检测系统由于设备老化、维护量大而必须实施改造,检修人员从光通量、结焦影响、见火角度、对冷却风的依赖、维护便宜性等多方面对无光纤型和传统光纤型火焰检测系统进行了详细对比,从节约费用、减少工作量角度考虑,选择外窥式无光纤型火焰检测系统,并结合黔西电厂特点进行相关设计与施工,成功投运。
Traditional flame detector system with fiber of Qianxi Power Plant has been working for years, parts of those equipment are aging, and frequent maintenance are needed. Thus, a renovation on this system is prompted. Comparing a flame detector system with fiber and a fiberless one, on luminous flux, negative influences on coking, flame surveillance angle, and dependence of cooling air flow, taking economic and amount of labor into consideration, a fibedess system is chosen, corresponding designs regard distinguishing features of Qianxi Power Plant are applied and whole system has been successfully brought into service.
