稻草纤维粉末混凝土空心砌块性能试验研究

摘要 通过一系列试验,得到在同一混凝土配合比下,掺入不同粒径、不同比例的稻草纤维粉末后混凝土拌合物的物理性能、抗压强度、抗折强度的变化规律。研究表明,在保证混凝土和易性前提下,随着稻草纤维粉末掺量的增加,所需水量增加,初、终凝时间延长,稻草纤维粉末混凝土空心砌块抗压、抗折强度降低,但在一定的掺量范围内仍能达到较高强度。 Through a series of experiments, the physical properties, the compressive strength, flexura| strength of the concrete mixture with different size and different proportions of straw fiber powder were determined under the same concrete mix proportion. The results showed that under same concrete workability, as the increase of dosage of straw fiber powder, water increases, the initial and final setting time extension, straw fiber powde," concrete hollow block compressive strength and flexural strength reduce, but with a certain dosage concrete can still achieve higher strength.
