摘要
玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,ZEN)是一种具有类雌激素活性的霉菌毒素,有较强毒性,给畜牧生产及人类健康造成极大威胁。本文对ZEN的生殖毒性、免疫毒性、肝肾毒性及其可能的作用机理,以及ZEN脱毒方法研究进展进行综述。
Zearalenone is one kind of mycotoxins with estrogenic activity, and causes great threat to animal production and human healthy. This article presents the reproductive toxicity, immunotoxicity, liver and kidney toxicity, and the toxic mechanisms of zear-alenone, and the research progress of detoxication method of zearalenone are also reviewed.
