美国融合取向的特殊教育教师培养模式探析——以波特兰州立大学SDEP项目为例 被引量:7

摘要 以融合教育为导向,培养复合型特殊教育教师是当前各国特殊教育教师培养改革的基本目标。实践表明,美国特殊教育教师培养的融合取向模式产生与发展具有深厚的社会背景,培养过程凸显了融合性、专业性、合作性、技能性等特征。从美国经验与我国现实来看,完善协同培养机制、优化课程结构体系、强化专业实践和建立融合教育教师专业资格证书制度乃是我国当前特殊教育教师培养改革的努力方向。 Guided by the inclusive education, it' s the basic goal for the reforms of all countries' special teacher training in the world to cultivate compound special education teachers. Practice has shown that the emerging and development of the inclusion-oriented training model for American special education teacher has a profound social background, and the training process is embodied with the features of integration, profession, cooperation and skill. Based on the American experience and the reality of China, Chinese special education teacher training reform needs to focus on the improvement of collaborative training mechanism, optimization of curriculum system, strengthening of professional practice and establishment of inclusive education teacher qualification certificate system.
