建立了水产品中氯霉素及四种硝基呋喃代谢物残留的快速检测方法,通过对样品的提取和净化,借助胶体金层析条颜色变化判断样品中被检物残留状况,整个过程简单方便且成本低廉,非常适合基层水产品药物残留大规模筛选排查。

Establish a method of ICA for determination of Chloramphenicol and Nitrofuran metabolic residues in aquatic products. Samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and methyl alcohol, and purified by n-hexane, analyses can be per- formed through comparison of T line and C line using ICA method, and The whole process is simple, convenient and cheap, very suitable for large-scale screen residues of aquatic products.
