河豚毒素免疫快速检测方法研究进展

河豚毒素(Tetrodotoxin,TTX)是一种相对分子量小但毒性极高的非蛋白毒素,其存在于多种生物体中,对人类的健康构成严重威胁。河豚毒素快速检测方法是防止受污染河豚毒素食品进入百姓餐桌有效手段,其中免疫检测技术由于其高特异性、高灵敏度及操作简便等优点受到人们的青睐,通过对国内外河豚毒素免疫快速检测方法的研究现状进行了阐述,并与目前已有的各种检测方法进行了比较,在此基础上对河豚毒素快速检测方法的研究方向进行了展望。

Tetrodotoxin is one of the most toxic non-protein neurotoxins and can be found in a variety of organisms, which leads to a serious threat to human health. The effective method to prevent contaminated tetrodotoxin food into people is tetro- dotoxin rapid detection. Immunoassay due to its advantages of high specificity, high sensitivity and simple operation is wel- come in people. In this paper, a series of tetrodotoxin immune rapid detection methods at home and abroad was reviewed. The research direction of rapid detection methods for tetrodotoxin was prospected based on the comparison of the existion various detection methods.
