鞘氨醇激酶1/1磷酸鞘氨醇信号通路在糖尿病肾脏病中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)为糖尿病最常见且危害严重的微血管并发症之一,其发病率随着糖尿病患者的增加而逐年升高,为全世界社会经济和医疗卫生事业的发展带来了严峻的挑战。DKD发病机制复杂,至今缺乏有效的干预措施。鞘氨醇激酶1/1磷酸鞘氨醇(Sphk/S1P)信号通路通过参与糖尿病条件下肾小球系膜细胞的增殖、细胞外基质的合成以及肾小球局部炎症反应等机制促进肾纤维化,该通路可能成为DKD等肾小球疾病新的干预靶点。 With worldwide epidemic of diabetes mellitus,diabetic kidney disease( DKD) which is one of the most frequent and severe microvascular complications has become a serious challenge for the socio-economic and public health development problem in the world. Due to the complex pathogenesis,there is lack of effective intervention measures. Recently,a large number of studies have shown that Sphk / S1 P signal pathway is involved in glomerular mesangial cell proliferation,extracellular matrix synthesis and glomerular local inflammation reaction in diabetes,which promotes renal fibrosis. Sph K1 / S1 P pathway may become a new target for glomerular diseases such as DKD in the future.
