对2003-2011年全国除西藏外的30个省级地区进行的实证分析表明,投资比重不断提高与这一时期形成的土地财政有着显著的关系;相比而言,经济发达地区对土地财政、对投资的依赖程度要小,而中部地区对土地财政与投资的依赖程度最高,经济欠发达的中部地区过于依赖土地财政和房地产业来发展经济,更加强化了我国经济的粗放型增长模式。
