在世界经济一体化趋势下,医药公司面对的竞争日益升级。为了在市场站稳脚跟并实现自身发展,医药企业一定要进行革新。当前,药企管理转变形式不单单是推动机制变革的动力,还是实现行业转型,顺应世界经济一体化的需要。从国内药企总体的发展状况而言,国内药企在管理方面依旧存在诸多不足,在管理革新方面受到诸多如管理机制、外部环境等要素的影响,而且知识经济的到来也给药企的技术、制造、经营环境等带来了很大的影响。为处理日常管理中出现的问题,实现新时代背景下药企经营模式的成功转变,医药企业应当加快信息化管理系统构建步伐,持续健全管理创新模式的激励体系,打造精英团队,增大管理弹性,为药企的可持续发展提供源源不断的动力。
