河南省投资、科技经费投入与经济增长的实证分析——基于1991—2014年统计数据

An empirical analysis of investment,scientific and technological funds and economic growth in Henan Province——Based on the statistical data from years 1991 to 2014

自1993年以来,河南省经济增长和投资增长经历了一个完整的周期性变化。目前,二者分别处在始于2006年和2008年的新的下降阶段。科技经费投入增长率经历了三个阶段性变化,波动幅度逐渐下降,从2011年开始进入一个下降阶段。分析表明,河南省投资、科技经费投入与经济增长之间存在长期稳定关系,投资的持续扩大和科技经费投入的不断增长都促进了经济增长。基于实证分析,对河南省经济发展提出了政策建议。

Since the year of 1993,Henan Province Economic Growth and investment growth experienced a complete cycle of change.At present,the two began in 2006 and 2008 respectively in the new reduction stage.Technology investment growth rate has experienced three stages of change,the fluctuation gradually decreased from the beginning of 2011,a a stage of decline.The analysis shows that the investment in Henan Province,there is a long-term relationship between investment and economic growth in science and technology,investment continues to expand investment in science and technology funding growth have promoted economic growth.Based on the empirical analysis,the policy suggestions for the economic development of Henan province are put forward.
