盐酸莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的效果研究

Research on the Effect of Hydrochloric Acid Mosapride Combined with Deanxit in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia( FD)

目的分析盐酸莫沙比利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的效果。方法采用随机数字表法选取我院2014年11月至2015年12月间收治的50例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,分为对照组以及观察组,每组各25例。给予对照组常规性治疗,在常规性治疗的基础上给予观察组盐酸莫沙比利联合黛力新治疗,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率及治疗满意度明显优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用盐酸莫沙比利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良能够改善患者的临床症状、降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性,能够较好维护患者健康,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of hydrochloric acid Mosapride combined with Deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 50 cases of functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were selected as research subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Mosapride combined with Deanix therapy on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The effective rate and satisfaction of the treatment of the observation group were obviously better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined use of hydrochloric acid mosapride combined with Deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions. The treatment, which can better maintain the health of patients, is of high safety and great application value.
