莱芜分公司炼铁厂实施精益管理,降低能源动力成本,提高焦炭利用率,提高块矿比例并适当配加低品位块矿和摸索合理的冶炼强度等措施,实现高炉稳定顺行,生产的铁水成本显著降低。
In the ironmaking plant of Laiwu branch company, the lean management, including the reducing of energy and power cost, the improvement of coke utilization rate, the increase of lump ore ratio, the appropriate addition of low-grade lump ore and the groping for reasonable smelting intensity, was implemented, then the steady and smooth operating of blast furnace was realized, and the cost of pig iron was significantly decreased.
