玻璃酸钠滴眼液与双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症临床观察

Clinical effect observation of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia

目的探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液与双氯酚酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法选取我院2010年1月至2015年11月收治的轻、中度干眼症患者115例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组59例和对照组56例。研究组患者给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合双氯酚酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,对照组患者仅给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后BUT及SIT明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率为96.61%(57/59),高于对照组的75.00%(42/56)(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.39%,低于对照组的5.36%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),所有不良反应均经停药或使用相关药物治疗消失。结论玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症,临床效果显著,可在临床范围内推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops and diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia. Methods One hundred and fifteen cases of patients with mild and moderate xerophthalmia admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2015 were selected, and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Fifty-nine cases of patients in study group were given sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops, and 56 cases of patients in control group were only given sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the levels of BUT and SIT of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the total effective rate of the study group was 96.61% （57/59）, while the control group was 75.00% （42/56）, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.39%, which was lower than 5.36% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. These adverse reactions disappeared after drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia is positive, which is worthy widely promotion in clinic.
