摘要 目的探究骨创伤创面软组织损伤应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的效果。方法选择我院骨科2011年1月至2015年12月收治的骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者200例为研究对象,所有患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各100例。对照组进行常规治疗,试验组进行负压封闭引流技术,对两组的疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、平均住院时间和平均愈合时间进行观察比较。结果治疗后对照组疼痛评分为(4.35±0.52)分,试验组为(2.96±0.38)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为10.00%,试验组发生率为4.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组平均住院时间为(23.6±8.3)d、平均愈合时间(19.6±6.8)d长于试验组的(15.6±5.7)d和(13.8±4.6)d(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术可以明显减轻患者的疼痛,有效缓解患者的焦虑紧张情绪,并且可以降低并发症,改善预后,缩短住院和愈合时间,降低患者的医疗费用,具有良好的治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of soft tissue injury of bone trauma. Methods Two hundred cases of patients with bone trauma wound and soft tissue injury in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment. The experimental group was given vacuum sealing drainage technique. The degree of pain, complications occurrence, average hospitalization time and the average healing time between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the pain score was (4.35±0.52) in the control group, the experimental group was (2.96±0.38), and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The incidence of complications in the control group was 10.00%, the incidence rate of the experimental group was 4.00%, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The average hospitalization time was (23.6±8.3) d, the average healing time was (19.6±6.8) d of the control group, which were longer than those of experimental group of (15.6±5.7) d and (13.8±4.6) d respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage technology can significantly reduce the pain of patients, and effectively ease the anxiety of patients. It can reduce the complications, improve the prognosis, shorten the hospitalization and healing time, reduce the medical expenses of patients, and have good therapeutic effect.
