摘要
目的分析管状胃在食管癌切除食管重建术中的应用效果。方法选取2013年10月至2014年10月我院收治的60例胸段食管癌患者,随机分为全胃缝缩组(25例)与管状胃组(35例),比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术,未出现死亡患者。管状胃组的并发症发生率显著低于全胃缝缩组(P<0.05)。结论对于食管癌手术,采用管状胃代食管重建消化道,符合生理解剖需求,能明显减少并发症,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of lesser curvature-cut gastric tube on esophageal carcinoma resection and gastroesophageal reconstruction. Methods Sixty cases of patients with thoracic esophageal cancer in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into total gastric contraction group (25 cases) and gastric tube group (35 cases), the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results The patients of the two groups successfully completed surgery and there was no one dead. The incidence rate of complications in the gastric tube group was significantly lower than that in the total gastric contraction group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Reconstruction of digestive tract with tubular stomach esophagus of the esophageal cancer surgery meets the physiological and anatomical needs, can reduce the complications and improve the patients' quality of life.
