经尿道前列腺电切术与汽化电切术在前列腺增生症中的疗效比较

The effect comparation of transurethral prostate resection and vaporization resection on prostatic hyperplasia

目的观察经尿道前列腺电切术与汽化电切术在前列腺增生症中的临床疗效。方法将96例前列腺增生症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用前列腺电切术治疗,观察组采用汽化电切术治疗,比较两组患者的手术情况及治疗前后生活质量改善情况。结果观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组;观察组术中出血量、术后留置导尿管时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组;观察组治疗后残余尿量、生活质量情况明显优于对照组;组间以上指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生疗效确切,可显著提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate （TURP） and transurethral vaporization resection of prostate （TUVP） in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Ninety-six patients with prostate hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with transurethral vaporization resection of the prostate, while the control group was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate. The operation conditions and improvement of quality of life before and after treatment were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group; the blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group; the time of indwelling catheter and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group; the condition of residual urine volume and quality of life after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group; the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral vaporization resection of the prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia has a better clinical effect, which can significantly improve the quality of life, and is worth to be applied and popularized in clinical practice.
