尿常规检验与超声在小儿急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值

Clinical value of routine urine test and ultrasound in the diagnosis of children with acute appendicitis

目的分析尿常规检验与超声在诊断小儿急性阑尾炎方面的临床价值。方法选取我院2012年3月至2015年5月收治的100例小儿急性阑尾炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患儿使用超声技术进行诊断,观察组患儿采取尿常规检查,对比两组患儿诊断准确率。结果观察组患儿临床诊断准确率为96.00%,对照组患儿临床诊断准确率为82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中应用尿常规检验小儿急性阑尾炎,准确率较高,明显优于超声检查的诊断准确率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of routine urine test and ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children. Methods One hundred cases of children with acute appendicitis from March 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Children in the control group were diagnosed by ultrasound, and the observation group was taken routine urine examination. The diagnosis results of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group was 96.00%, and the accuracy rate of the control group was 82.00%. The difference of these two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urine routine test in children with acute appendicitis has high accurate rate in the clinical application, which is superior to ultrasound diagnostic accuracy, and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
